రక్షాబంధన్ పండగ వేళ బాలానగర్ పోలీసులు ప్రజలకు మరచిపోలేని బహుమతిని అందించారు. పోగొట్టుకున్న, చోరీకి గురైన 30 మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో గుర్తించి రికవరీ చేసిన పోలీసులు.. వాటిని బాధితులకు తిరిగి అందజేశారు.
During Raksha Bandhan, Balanagar Police gave residents a memorable gift by recovering 30 lost and stolen mobile phones using technology and returning them to the victims.
CEIR పోర్టల్తో 30 ఫోన్ల ట్రేసింగ్ 30 Phones Traced Using CEIR
సైబరాబాద్ పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ డా. ఎం. రమేష్ ఆదేశాల మేరకు ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించడంలో భాగంగా బాలానగర్ పోలీసులు కేంద్ర పరికరాల గుర్తింపు రిజిస్టర్ (CEIR) పోర్టల్ను సమర్థవంతంగా వినియోగించారు. దీని ద్వారా మొత్తం 30 మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను ట్రేస్ చేసి స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నట్లు బాలానగర్ పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
Under the directions of Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh, Balanagar Police effectively used the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal. Police said a total of 30 mobile phones were traced and recovered through the system.
పోలీసులే ఇంటికి వెళ్లి అందజేత Police Personally Delivered the Phones
సాధారణంగా రికవరీ చేసిన మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను బాధితులు పోలీస్ స్టేషన్కు వచ్చి తీసుకెళ్తారు. అయితే రక్షాబంధన్ సందర్భంగా ప్రత్యేకంగా ప్రజలను సంతోషపెట్టాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో పోలీసులు ఈసారి స్వయంగా వారి ఇళ్లకు, పని ప్రదేశాలకు వెళ్లి మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను అందజేశారు.
Normally, victims collect recovered phones from the police station. However, as a special Rakhi initiative, police personally visited the owners’ homes and workplaces to hand over the recovered phones.
5 ఫోన్లు అందజేత.. మరో 25 రేపు 5 Delivered, Another 25 on Sunday
బాలానగర్ SHO ప్రశాంత్, డీఐ సక్రమ్ మరియు పోలీస్ సిబ్బంది కలిసి ట్రేస్ చేసిన 5 మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను యజమానులకు స్వయంగా అందజేశారు. మిగిలిన 25 మొబైల్ ఫోన్లను ఆదివారం ఉదయం బాలానగర్ ACP ఆధ్వర్యంలో సంబంధిత యజమానులకు అందజేయనున్నట్లు డీఐ సక్రమ్ తెలిపారు.
Balanagar SHO Prashanth, DI Sakram and police personnel personally handed over five traced mobile phones to their owners. DI Sakram said the remaining 25 phones would be handed over to the respective owners on Sunday morning under the supervision of the Balanagar ACP.
బాధితుల ముఖాల్లో చిరునవ్వే లక్ష్యం The Goal: A Smile on Victims’ Faces
మొబైల్ ఫోన్లలో వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారం, ముఖ్యమైన డేటా, ఫొటోలు, జ్ఞాపకాలు ఉంటాయని SHO ప్రశాంత్ తెలిపారు. పోగొట్టుకున్న ఫోన్ తిరిగి లభించినప్పుడు బాధితుల్లో కలిగే ఆనందం తమకు ఎంతో సంతృప్తినిస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
SHO Prashanth said mobile phones contain personal information, important data, photographs and memories. He said seeing the happiness of victims when their lost phones are returned gives the police great satisfaction.
ప్రజల వద్దకే సేవలు Taking Services to the People
పోలీసులు కేవలం నేరాల నియంత్రణకే పరిమితం కాకుండా బాధితులకు అండగా నిలిచి, వారి సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడంలో ముందుండాలని అన్నారు. ప్రజల వద్దకే వెళ్లి సేవలు అందించడం ద్వారా పోలీస్ శాఖపై మరింత నమ్మకాన్ని పెంపొందించడమే తమ లక్ష్యమని తెలిపారు.
Police said their role should extend beyond crime control by supporting victims and helping resolve their problems. Taking services directly to people is intended to strengthen public trust in the police.

రక్షాబంధన్ సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా భద్రతతో పాటు ప్రజలకు సంతోషాన్ని అందించగలిగామని, పోగొట్టుకున్న మొబైల్ ఫోన్లు తిరిగి అందించి బాధితుల ముఖాల్లో చిరునవ్వులు చూడటం ఎంతో సంతృప్తినిచ్చిందని పోలీసులు పేర్కొన్నారు.
Police said the Rakhi initiative allowed them to provide not only security but also happiness to the public. Returning lost phones and seeing smiles on the victims’ faces was described as deeply satisfying.
