కామారెడ్డి జిల్లా దోమకొండ ప్రాథమిక వ్యవసాయ సహకార సంఘం (PACS) నూతన పాలకవర్గ ప్రమాణ స్వీకార కార్యక్రమం శనివారం ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. కార్యక్రమానికి ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు మహమ్మద్ అలీ షబ్బీర్, జహీరాబాద్ ఎంపీ సురేష్కుమార్ షట్కర్ ముఖ్య అతిథులుగా హాజరై నూతన పాలకవర్గానికి శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు.
నూతన పాలకవర్గం బాధ్యతల స్వీకారం
నూతన PACS చైర్మన్గా చంద్రయ్యగారి అనంతరెడ్డి ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయగా, పాలకవర్గ సభ్యులు సైతం బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించారు.
అనంతరం చైర్మన్, పాలకవర్గ సభ్యులను షబ్బీర్ అలీ, ఎంపీ సురేష్కుమార్ షట్కర్ అభినందించారు.
రైతులకు అండగా PACSలు పనిచేయాలి
ఈ సందర్భంగా షబ్బీర్ అలీ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి నాయకత్వంలోని కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల సంక్షేమానికి అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తోందన్నారు.
రైతుల ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి మెరుగుపడితేనే గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలు అభివృద్ధి చెందుతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
పంట రుణాలు
రైతులకు అవసరమైన పంట రుణాలు సకాలంలో అందేలా చర్యలు.
నాణ్యమైన విత్తనాలు
రైతులకు నాణ్యమైన విత్తనాలు అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా PACSలు పనిచేయాలి.
ఎరువులు
వ్యవసాయానికి అవసరమైన ఎరువులు సకాలంలో అందించాలి.
వ్యవసాయ సేవలు
PACSలను రైతులకు అవసరమైన అన్ని సేవల కేంద్రాలుగా అభివృద్ధి చేయాలి.
PACSలు కేవలం రుణాలకే పరిమితం కాకూడదు
సహకార సంఘాలు కేవలం రుణాలకే పరిమితం కాకుండా రైతులకు అవసరమైన అన్ని సేవలు అందించే కేంద్రాలుగా అభివృద్ధి చెందాలని షబ్బీర్ అలీ ఆకాంక్షించారు.
రైతులకు వ్యవసాయ సేవలు గ్రామస్థాయిలో అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చేందుకు PACSలు మరింత సమర్థవంతంగా పనిచేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
🌾 రైతు కేంద్రంగా PACSలు
రైతులకు అవసరమైన సేవలు గ్రామస్థాయిలోనే అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా సహకార సంఘాలు బలోపేతం కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
రైతు సంక్షేమ పథకాలపై షబ్బీర్ అలీ
రైతు భరోసా, పంట రుణమాఫీ, ఉచిత విద్యుత్, రైతు బీమా, సాగునీటి వనరుల అభివృద్ధి వంటి కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తోందని షబ్బీర్ అలీ తెలిపారు.
వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడంతో పాటు రైతులకు మెరుగైన మార్కెటింగ్ సదుపాయాలు కల్పించడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమన్నారు.
కామారెడ్డి అభివృద్ధికి ప్రాధాన్యత
కామారెడ్డి నియోజకవర్గంలో విద్య, వైద్యం, రహదారులు, తాగునీరు, వ్యవసాయ రంగాల్లో అభివృద్ధి పనులను వేగవంతం చేస్తున్నామని షబ్బీర్ అలీ తెలిపారు.
ప్రతి గ్రామానికి అభివృద్ధి ఫలాలు అందేలా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారిస్తోందన్నారు.
నూతన PACS చైర్మన్ అనంతరెడ్డిని అభినందిస్తూ.. రైతులు తమపై ఉంచిన నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
హామీలను అమలు చేస్తాం: ఎంపీ షట్కర్
జహీరాబాద్ ఎంపీ సురేష్కుమార్ షట్కర్ మాట్లాడుతూ రైతుల సంక్షేమం కోసం కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం నిరంతరం కృషి చేస్తోందన్నారు.
ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా అమలు చేస్తున్నామని, కొంత ఆలస్యం జరిగినా ఇచ్చిన మాటను తప్పకుండా నిలబెట్టుకుంటామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

The new governing body of Domakonda Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACS) formally took charge at a ceremony held on Saturday. Government Adviser Mohammed Ali Shabbir and Zaheerabad MP Suresh Kumar Shetkar attended the programme as chief guests and congratulated the new team.
New Governing Body Takes Charge
Chandraiyyagari Ananth Reddy took oath as the new Chairman of Domakonda PACS, while the other members of the governing body also assumed their responsibilities.
Shabbir Ali and MP Suresh Kumar Shetkar subsequently congratulated the chairman and the newly appointed members.
PACS Must Stand by Farmers
Shabbir Ali said that the Congress government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, is giving high priority to farmer welfare.
He said rural areas can develop only when the economic condition of farmers improves.
Crop Loans
Ensure timely access to crop loans for farmers.
Quality Seeds
Make quality seeds readily available to farmers.
Fertilisers
Ensure timely availability of agricultural fertilisers.
Agricultural Services
Develop PACS as comprehensive service centres for farmers.
PACS Should Go Beyond Loans
Shabbir Ali said cooperative societies should not remain limited to providing loans but should evolve into centres offering a wide range of services required by farmers.

Cooperative societies should be strengthened so that essential services are available to farmers at the village level.
Focus on Farmer Welfare Schemes
Shabbir Ali said the government is implementing programmes including Rythu Bharosa, crop loan waiver, free electricity, Rythu Bima and development of irrigation resources.
He said the government’s objective is to strengthen the agricultural sector further while improving market access for farmers.
Focus on Kamareddy Development
Shabbir Ali said development works in education, healthcare, roads, drinking water and agriculture are being accelerated in the Kamareddy constituency.
The government is giving special attention to ensuring that development benefits reach every village, he said.
We Will Implement Our Promises: MP Shetkar
Zaheerabad MP Suresh Kumar Shetkar said the Congress government continues to work for farmer welfare.
He said the promises made to the people during elections are being implemented one by one and assured that the government would honour its commitments even if there were delays.

Make agricultural equipment accessible to farmers.

Farmers should receive services locally without unnecessary visits to offices.

🌾 Farmer Welfare Remains the Focus
The new Domakonda PACS governing body now carries the responsibility of maintaining the trust of farmers and strengthening agricultural services at the village level.
If PACS institutions become comprehensive centres for loans, seeds, fertilisers, agricultural equipment and other services, they could provide greater support to the rural farming community.
