అధికారులు తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం.. సంబల్పూర్ నుంచి నాందేడ్ వైపు వెళ్తున్న ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ రైలు కామారెడ్డి రైల్వే స్టేషన్కు చేరుకున్న సమయంలో పక్కా సమాచారం మేరకు ఎక్సైజ్, రైల్వే టాస్క్ఫోర్స్ సిబ్బంది తనిఖీలు చేపట్టారు.
According to officials, when an express train travelling from Sambalpur towards Nanded reached Kamareddy railway station, Excise and Railway Task Force personnel conducted checks based on specific information.
ఈ క్రమంలో రైల్వే స్టేషన్లో అనుమానాస్పదంగా సంచరిస్తున్న ఓ వ్యక్తిని గుర్తించిన అధికారులు అతడిని అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని బ్యాగును తనిఖీ చేశారు. బ్యాగులో 2 కిలోల చొప్పున నాలుగు ప్యాకెట్లు, మరో 1 కిలో ప్యాకెట్ ఉండగా మొత్తం 9 కిలోల ఎండు గంజాయి ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించారు.
During the checks, officials noticed a person moving suspiciously at the railway station. They took him into custody and searched his bag. The bag contained four packets weighing 2 kilograms each and another packet weighing 1 kilogram, making a total of 9 kilograms of dried cannabis.
విచారణలో పట్టుబడిన వ్యక్తిని మధ్యప్రదేశ్కు చెందిన కిషన్ పటేల్గా గుర్తించినట్లు ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారులు తెలిపారు. గంజాయిని తన స్నేహితుడికి సరఫరా చేసేందుకు తీసుకెళ్తున్నట్లు నిందితుడు చెప్పినప్పటికీ, గంజాయిని విక్రయించేందుకు తరలిస్తున్నాడా అనే కోణంలో అధికారులు దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు.
Excise officials said the person was identified during questioning as Kishan Patel from Madhya Pradesh. Although the accused reportedly said he was carrying the cannabis to supply it to a friend, officials are investigating whether it was being transported for sale.

నిందితుడిని అరెస్ట్ చేసి, గంజాయి ఎక్కడి నుంచి తీసుకొచ్చాడు? ఎవరికి అందజేయాల్సి ఉంది? దీని వెనుక మరెవరైనా ఉన్నారా? అనే అంశాలపై తదుపరి విచారణ కొనసాగిస్తున్నట్లు ఎక్సైజ్ ఎస్సై విక్రమ్ కుమార్ తెలిపారు.
Excise SI Vikram Kumar said the accused was arrested and further investigation is underway to determine where the cannabis was sourced from, who it was intended to be delivered to, and whether others are involved in the case.
అక్రమ రవాణాపై అధికారుల హెచ్చరిక Officials Warn Against Illegal Transport
రైల్వే మార్గం ద్వారా మత్తు పదార్థాల అక్రమ రవాణాను అడ్డుకునేందుకు తనిఖీలను మరింత ముమ్మరం చేస్తామని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు. అనుమానాస్పదంగా మత్తు పదార్థాలను తరలించే వారిపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హెచ్చరించారు.
Officials said checks would be intensified to prevent the illegal transportation of narcotic substances through railway routes. They warned that strict action would be taken against those found transporting narcotic substances suspiciously.
