ఎల్లారెడ్డి డివిజన్ కేంద్రంలోని బీసీ బాలుర వసతి గృహంలో సామాజిక న్యాయ యోధుడు బీపీ మండల్ జయంతి వేడుకలను ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా బహుజన నాయకులు, విద్యార్థులు బీపీ మండల్ చిత్రపటానికి పూలమాలలు వేసి ఘనంగా నివాళులర్పించారు. The Jayanti celebrations of social justice warrior BP Mandal were held grandly at the BC Boys Hostel in Ellareddy Division Center. On this occasion, Bahujan leaders and students paid rich tributes by garlanding the portrait of BP Mandal.

నాయకులు మాట్లాడుతూ.. బీపీ మండల్ వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల సామాజిక, విద్యా, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాల కోసం జీవితాంతం కృషి చేసిన గొప్ప నాయకుడని కొనియాడారు. భారతదేశంలో సామాజికంగా, విద్యాపరంగా వెనుకబడిన వర్గాల పరిస్థితులను అధ్యయనం చేసి వారికి సమాన అవకాశాలు కల్పించేందుకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన మండల్ కమిషన్‌కు బీపీ మండల్ అధ్యక్షత వహించారని తెలిపారు. Leaders praised BP Mandal as a great leader who worked throughout his life for the social, educational, and employment opportunities of backward classes. They explained that BP Mandal chaired the Mandal Commission, which was set up to study the conditions of socially and educationally backward classes in India and provide them equal opportunities.

వెనుకబడిన తరగతులకు విద్య, ఉద్యోగ రంగాల్లో సమాన అవకాశాలు కల్పించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో మండల్ కమిషన్ అనేక కీలక సిఫారసులు చేసిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల్లో ఇతర వెనుకబడిన తరగతులకు (OBC) 27 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాలని చేసిన సిఫారసు భారతదేశ సామాజిక న్యాయ చరిత్రలో ఒక ముఖ్యమైన మైలురాయిగా నిలిచిందన్నారు. They stated that the Mandal Commission made several key recommendations with the goal of providing equal opportunities in education and employment for backward classes. In particular, the recommendation to provide 27% reservation for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in central government jobs stood as a significant milestone in India’s social justice history.

బీపీ మండల్ ఆలోచనలు నేటి తరానికి కూడా ఎంతో ప్రేరణనిస్తాయని నాయకులు అన్నారు. సమాజంలోని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ సమాన అవకాశాలు లభించాలని, అణగారిన మరియు వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలకు విద్య, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలు అందినప్పుడే నిజమైన సామాజిక న్యాయం సాధ్యమవుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. Leaders said that BP Mandal’s thoughts continue to inspire today’s generation. They emphasized that real social justice is possible only when every person in society gets equal opportunities, and when education and employment opportunities reach the marginalized and backward classes.

విద్యార్థులు బీపీ మండల్ జీవిత చరిత్ర, సామాజిక న్యాయం కోసం ఆయన చేసిన పోరాటం గురించి తెలుసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. తమ హక్కులు, రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన అవకాశాలపై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. They suggested that students should learn about BP Mandal’s life history and his struggle for social justice. They called upon them to raise awareness about their rights and the opportunities provided by the Constitution.

They said that the responsibility of carrying forward the ideals of BP Mandal, who dedicated his life to social justice, lies on today’s generation. They suggested that students should pursue higher education and work for the upliftment of backward classes along with themselves.
