ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితా పరిశీలన Verification of Draft Electoral Roll
ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో చేర్చబడిన ఓటర్ల పేర్లను బీఎల్ఓ (BLO) చదివి వినిపించి, జాబితాను ప్రజల సమక్షంలో పరిశీలించడం జరుగుతుంది. The BLO will read out the names of voters included in the draft electoral roll and the list will be verified in the presence of the public.
తొలగించబడిన పేర్ల పరిశీలన Verification of Deleted Names
ఏదైనా కారణంతో ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితా నుంచి పేర్లు తొలగించబడిన భారతీయ పౌరుల వివరాలను పరిశీలించి, వారి గుర్తింపును నిర్ధారించే ప్రక్రియపై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తారు. Details of Indian citizens whose names have been deleted from the draft electoral roll for any reason will be examined and the process of verifying their identity will be explained.
కొత్త ఓటర్ల పేర్ల నమోదు Registration of New Voters
01-10-2026 నాటికి 18 సంవత్సరాలు నిండే భారతీయ పౌరులు ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో తమ పేర్లను నమోదు చేసుకునేందుకు ఫారం-6, డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారం మరియు నిర్దేశిత సహాయక పత్రాలతో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సిందిగా తెలియజేస్తారు. Indian citizens who will attain the age of 18 years by 01-10-2026 will be informed to apply for inclusion of their names in the electoral roll using Form-6, the declaration form and prescribed supporting documents.
ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో సవరణలు Corrections in Electoral Roll
ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేరు, చిరునామా లేదా ఇతర వివరాల్లో ఏదైనా తప్పు, లోపం లేదా వ్యత్యాసం ఉన్నట్లయితే, అవసరమైన డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారం మరియు సహాయక పత్రాలతో ఫారం-8 ద్వారా సవరణ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే విధానాన్ని తెలియజేస్తారు. If there is any error, omission or discrepancy in the name, address or other details in the draft electoral roll, the procedure for applying for correction through Form-8 along with the required declaration form and supporting documents will be explained.
అనర్హులపై అభ్యంతరాలు Objections Against Ineligible Persons
ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో చేర్చడానికి అనర్హులైన వ్యక్తుల వివరాలను గుర్తించి, అర్హత కలిగిన అభ్యంతరకారులు నిర్దేశిత డిక్లరేషన్ ఫారంతో ఫారం-7 ద్వారా అభ్యంతరం లేదా తొలగింపు కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునే విధానాన్ని వివరిస్తారు. The procedure for identifying persons ineligible for inclusion in the draft electoral roll and for eligible objectors to submit an objection or request for deletion through Form-7 along with the prescribed declaration form will be explained.
ప్రజలందరూ హాజరు కావాలి All Residents Are Requested to Attend
కావున 6వ వార్డు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు, బీఎల్ఓలు, మహిళా సంఘాల సభ్యులు, వార్డు సంఘాల ప్రతినిధులు, గ్రామ/వార్డు పెద్దలు, యువత, ప్రజలు అందరూ ఈ ప్రత్యేక గ్రామసభకు హాజరై ముసాయిదా ఓటర్ల జాబితాను పరిశీలించి, తమకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలను సరిచూసుకోవాలని కోరుతున్నాము.
Therefore, elected representatives, officials, BLOs, members of women’s groups, representatives of ward associations, village/ward elders, youth and all residents are requested to attend this special Gram Sabha, verify the draft electoral roll and check their respective details.
