తీజ్ పండుగ ప్రత్యేకత Significance of Teej Festival

ఈ సందర్భంగా కేతావత్ బీల్యా నాయక్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. గిరిజన సమాజంలో తీజ్ పండుగకు ఎంతో ప్రత్యేకమైన స్థానం ఉందన్నారు. గిరిజన యువతులు, యువకులు ప్రకృతినే దైవంగా భావిస్తూ, పుట్టమట్టిని తీసుకొచ్చి అందులో వివిధ విత్తనాలు వేసి మొలకలు వచ్చే వరకు తొమ్మిది రోజుల పాటు నిష్ఠతో పూజలు నిర్వహించడం ఈ పండుగ ప్రత్యేకత అని వివరించారు.

Speaking on the occasion, Ketavath Bilya Naik said Teej holds a special place in the tribal community. Young women and men consider nature sacred and traditionally bring soil, sow different seeds in it, and perform prayers with devotion for nine days until the seeds sprout.

తొమ్మిది రోజుల పాటు భక్తిశ్రద్ధలతో పూజలు నిర్వహించిన అనంతరం మొలకలను సంప్రదాయబద్ధంగా ఊరేగింపుగా తీసుకెళ్లి నిమజ్జనం చేయడం ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోందని తెలిపారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా తమ కోరికలు నెరవేరాలని, కుటుంబాల్లో సుఖసంతోషాలు, పంటలు సమృద్ధిగా పండాలని, ప్రజలంతా ఆయురారోగ్యాలతో ఉండాలని గిరిజనులు ప్రకృతి దేవతను ప్రార్థిస్తారని పేర్కొన్నారు.

After nine days of prayers, the sprouts are traditionally taken in a procession and immersed. Tribal communities pray for fulfilment of their wishes, happiness in their families, good harvests and the health and well-being of all people.

తీజ్ పండుగ కేవలం ఒక ఆధ్యాత్మిక కార్యక్రమం మాత్రమే కాకుండా గిరిజన సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాలు, ప్రకృతితో ముడిపడిన జీవన విధానానికి ప్రతీకగా నిలుస్తుందని బీల్యా నాయక్ అన్నారు. తరతరాలుగా వస్తున్న గిరిజన సంప్రదాయాలను నేటి యువత కొనసాగించడం అభినందనీయమని పేర్కొన్నారు.

Bilya Naik said Teej represents tribal culture, traditions and a lifestyle connected with nature. He appreciated the younger generation for continuing traditions passed down through generations.

ఇంతటి పవిత్రమైన తీజ్ పూజా కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని గిరిజనులతో కలిసి పండుగ వేడుకల్లో భాగస్వామి కావడం తనకు ఎంతో సంతోషాన్ని కలిగించిందని అన్నారు. గిరిజనుల సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాల పరిరక్షణకు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ సహకరించాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

He said he was happy to participate in the sacred Teej prayers and celebrate alongside the tribal community. He called upon everyone to support the preservation of tribal culture and traditions.

తీజ్ పండుగ సందర్భంగా నల్లగొండ జిల్లా దేవరకొండ ప్రాంతంలోని గిరిజన సోదర సోదరీమణులకు కేతావత్ బీల్యా నాయక్ ప్రత్యేక శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. గిరిజన కుటుంబాల్లో సుఖశాంతులు, సంతోషం, ఐక్యత వెల్లివిరియాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.

On the occasion of Teej, Ketavath Bilya Naik extended his special greetings to the tribal brothers and sisters of the Devarakonda region in Nalgonda district and wished for peace, happiness and unity among tribal families.
