మేడ్చల్: ద్విచక్ర వాహనం నడిపే ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తప్పనిసరిగా హెల్మెట్‌ ధరించి తమ ప్రాణాలను కాపాడుకోవాలని మేడ్చల్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యే మల్లారెడ్డి సూచించారు. శనివారం గుండ్లపోచంపల్లి డివిజన్‌లో తేజ హెల్పింగ్‌ హ్యాండ్స్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ద్విచక్ర వాహనదారులకు ఉచిత హెల్మెట్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన ఎమ్మెల్యే మల్లారెడ్డి వాహనదారులకు హెల్మెట్లు పంపిణీ చేసి, రోడ్డు భద్రతపై అవగాహన కల్పించారు.

Medchal: Medchal MLA Malla Reddy urged every two-wheeler rider to wear a helmet and protect their life. A free helmet distribution programme was organised on Saturday in Gundlapochampally division under the initiative of Teja Helping Hands.

MLA Malla Reddy, who attended the programme as the chief guest, distributed helmets to riders and created awareness about road safety.

A Helmet Is More Than a Traffic Rule

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే మల్లారెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ.. రోడ్డు ప్రమాదాల్లో ద్విచక్ర వాహనదారులకు తలకు తీవ్రమైన గాయాలు కావడానికి హెల్మెట్‌ ధరించకపోవడం ప్రధాన కారణాల్లో ఒకటని తెలిపారు.

హెల్మెట్‌ కేవలం ట్రాఫిక్‌ నిబంధన కాదు.. ప్రమాద సమయంలో ప్రాణాలను కాపాడే రక్షణ కవచం అని అన్నారు.

MLA Malla Reddy said that failure to wear a helmet is one of the major factors associated with serious head injuries among two-wheeler riders in road accidents.

He stressed that a helmet is not merely a traffic requirement but an important protective measure during an accident.

హెల్మెట్‌ ఉంటే తలకు రక్షణ.. లేకుంటే జీవితాంతం నష్టం

Helmet Protection Can Make a Critical Difference

రోడ్డుపై ప్రమాదం ఎప్పుడు, ఎలా జరుగుతుందో ఎవరికీ తెలియదు. వాహనాన్ని ఎంత జాగ్రత్తగా నడిపినా ఎదుటి వాహనం నిర్లక్ష్యం, రోడ్డు పరిస్థితులు, అకస్మాత్తుగా వచ్చే అడ్డంకులు ప్రమాదానికి కారణం కావచ్చు.

ఇలాంటి సమయంలో హెల్మెట్‌ తలకు బలమైన రక్షణ కల్పిస్తుంది. హెల్మెట్‌ ధరించడం వల్ల ప్రమాద సమయంలో తలకు తీవ్రమైన గాయాలు, మెదడుకు గాయాలు, పుర్రెకు దెబ్బలు తగిలే ప్రమాదం గణనీయంగా తగ్గుతుంది.

Nobody knows when or how an accident may occur. Even careful riders can face crashes caused by another vehicle, road conditions or unexpected obstacles.

In such situations, a properly worn helmet provides important protection for the head and can reduce the risk of serious head and brain injuries.

ముఖ్యంగా నాణ్యమైన, ప్రమాణాలు కలిగిన హెల్మెట్‌ను సరిగ్గా ధరించడం ఎంతో కీలకం.

Using a quality, standards-compliant helmet and wearing it correctly is particularly important.

Awareness Campaigns Continue, But Why the Negligence?

హెల్మెట్‌ ప్రాధాన్యతపై పోలీస్‌ శాఖ, ట్రాఫిక్‌ అధికారులు ప్రతిరోజూ అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తూ వాహనదారులకు సూచనలు చేస్తున్నారు. పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలు, ప్రధాన కూడళ్ల వద్ద రోడ్డు భద్రతపై ప్రచారం నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు.

అయినప్పటికీ కొంతమంది ద్విచక్ర వాహనదారులు మాత్రం “ఇక్కడ దగ్గరే కదా.. కొద్దిదూరమే”, “ఏమీ జరగదు” అనే నిర్లక్ష్య ధోరణితో హెల్మెట్‌ లేకుండానే ప్రయాణిస్తున్నారు.

Police and traffic officials regularly conduct awareness campaigns on helmet use and road safety at schools, colleges and major junctions.

Yet some riders continue to travel without helmets, assuming that short distances or familiar roads are safe.

ట్రాఫిక్‌ పోలీసుల కోసం కాదు.. కుటుంబం కోసం

Wear It for Your Family, Not Just for Traffic Police

ట్రాఫిక్‌ పోలీసుల భయంతో కాకుండా, తమ కుటుంబాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ప్రతి వాహనదారుడు హెల్మెట్‌ ధరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.

రోడ్డుపై మనం చేసే ఒక చిన్న నిర్లక్ష్యం మనకే కాకుండా మనపై ఆధారపడిన కుటుంబ సభ్యుల జీవితాలపై కూడా ప్రభావం చూపే అవకాశం ఉంది.

Riders should wear helmets not because they fear traffic police, but because they care about their families and the people who depend on them.

A moment of negligence on the road can affect not only the rider but also the lives of family members who depend on them.

Community Service Initiative Appreciated

సమాజంలో తోటి వారికి అండగా నిలవాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో తేజ హెల్పింగ్‌ హ్యాండ్స్‌ సభ్యులు చేపడుతున్న సేవా కార్యక్రమాలు అభినందనీయమని ఎమ్మెల్యే మల్లారెడ్డి అన్నారు.

తమ వేతనాల నుంచి 20 శాతం మొత్తాన్ని సమాజ సేవకు వెచ్చించడం నేటి తరానికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.

MLA Malla Reddy appreciated the service activities undertaken by members of Teja Helping Hands with the aim of supporting the community.

He said that contributing 20 percent of their salaries towards social service could serve as an example for the younger generation.

The programme carried a simple message: every two-wheeler rider should wear a helmet and return home safely for themselves, their families and everyone who depends on them.
