భూపాలపల్లి/వరంగల్: ఆదాయానికి మించి ఆస్తులు కూడబెట్టారనే ఆరోపణలపై జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి జిల్లా గనులు, భూగర్భ వనరుల శాఖ అసిస్టెంట్ డైరెక్టర్ బొజ్జ జయరాజుపై తెలంగాణ అవినీతి నిరోధక శాఖ (ACB) ఆదాయానికి మించిన ఆస్తుల కేసు నమోదు చేసింది.
ప్రస్తుతం ఆయన వరంగల్ గనులు, భూగర్భ వనరుల శాఖ డిప్యూటీ డైరెక్టర్గా పూర్తి అదనపు బాధ్యతలు (FAC) నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు.
అవినీతి, అనుమానాస్పద మార్గాల్లో ఆదాయానికి మించి ఆస్తులు కూడబెట్టారన్న ఆరోపణల నేపథ్యంలో ఆగస్టు 27, 2026న ACB వరంగల్ రేంజ్ అధికారులు జయరాజు, ఆయన బంధువులు, సంబంధిత వ్యక్తులకు చెందిన పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో ఏకకాలంలో సోదాలు నిర్వహించారు.
ACB ఆధారిత నివేదికల ప్రకారం ఈ సోదాలు 8 ప్రాంతాల్లో జరిగాయి.
Bhupalpally/Warangal: Telangana’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) registered a disproportionate assets case against Bojja Jayaraju, Assistant Director of the Mines and Geology Department in Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, following allegations of possessing assets disproportionate to known income.
Officials said he is currently holding full additional charge (FAC) as Deputy Director of the Mines and Geology Department in Warangal.
Against the backdrop of allegations of accumulating assets disproportionate to income through corrupt or suspicious means, ACB Warangal Range officials conducted simultaneous searches on August 27, 2026, at several locations linked to Jayaraju, his relatives and associated persons.
According to ACB-based reports, the searches were conducted at eight locations.

సోదాల్లో ఇప్పటివరకు స్థిర, చర ఆస్తులు కలిపి రూ.3,06,53,177 విలువైన ఆస్తులను గుర్తించినట్లు ACB తెలిపింది.
ఇది ప్రభుత్వ/డాక్యుమెంట్ విలువ ఆధారంగా లెక్కించిన మొత్తం. స్థిరాస్తుల బహిరంగ మార్కెట్ విలువ దీనికంటే గణనీయంగా ఎక్కువగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉందని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నట్లు నివేదికలు వెల్లడిస్తున్నాయి.

ACB said it has so far identified immovable and movable assets valued at ₹3,06,53,177 during the searches.
This amount is calculated based on government/document value. Reports indicate that the open-market value of the immovable properties may be significantly higher.
Verification of additional assets is continuing.
సోదాల సమయంలో అధికారి డ్రైవర్ సత్తునూరి యాదయ్య మొబైల్ ఫోన్లో లభించిన సమాచారం, బ్యాంకు లావాదేవీలను ACB అధికారులు పరిశీలించినట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
ప్రాథమిక విచారణలో డ్రైవర్ బ్యాంకు ఖాతా నుంచి అధికారి కుమార్తె బ్యాంకు ఖాతాకు వివిధ లావాదేవీల ద్వారా సుమారు రూ.24.80 లక్షలు బదిలీ అయినట్లు గుర్తించినట్లు ACB తెలిపింది.
విచారణలో డ్రైవర్ ఇచ్చిన సమాచారం ప్రకారం, ఇసుక రవాణా మరియు సంబంధిత కార్యకలాపాల్లో ఉన్న వ్యక్తుల నుంచి డబ్బులు వసూలు చేసి, అనంతరం ఆ మొత్తాన్ని అధికారి కుమార్తె ఖాతాకు బదిలీ చేసినట్లు తెలిపినట్లు ACB పేర్కొంది.
During the searches, ACB officials examined information found on the mobile phone of the officer’s driver, Sattunuri Yadaiah, along with bank transactions.
ACB said its preliminary inquiry found that approximately ₹24.80 lakh was transferred through multiple transactions from the driver’s bank account to the officer’s daughter’s bank account.
According to information reportedly provided by the driver, money was collected from persons involved in sand transportation and related activities and subsequently transferred to the officer’s daughter’s account, ACB stated.

ACB-based reports state that officials are examining additional assets and documents related to financial transactions found during the searches.
Since the market value of immovable properties may be higher than the values recorded in official documents, further verification is expected.

ఈ కేసులో ACB దర్యాప్తు కొనసాగుతోంది.
Reports state that a disproportionate assets case has been registered against Jayaraju under Sections 13(1)(b) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
