కాప్రా: కాప్రా సర్కిల్ అధికారులు నిర్వహించిన వార్డు సభలో మేడ్చల్–మల్కాజిగిరి జిల్లా వ్యవసాయ మార్కెట్ కమిటీ వైస్ చైర్మన్ శ్రీ విఠల్ నాయక్ పాల్గొని SIR ప్రక్రియపై పలు కీలక సూచనలు చేశారు. ఓటర్ల జాబితా సవరణ ప్రక్రియలో అర్హులైన ప్రతి ఒక్కరి పేరు ఉండేలా అధికారులు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
నిజమైన ఓటరుకు అన్యాయం జరగకూడదు
ఉప్పల్ నియోజకవర్గ కాంగ్రెస్ ఇంచార్జ్ మందుముల పరమేశ్వర్ రెడ్డి ఇచ్చిన సూచనల మేరకు నిజమైన ఓటర్లకు SIR ప్రక్రియలో ఎలాంటి అన్యాయం జరగకుండా చూడాలని అధికారులను కోరారు. ఎలాంటి సరైన కారణం లేకుండా అర్హులైన ఓటర్ల పేర్లను జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించకూడదని సూచించారు.
ఆధారాలతో వెంటనే దరఖాస్తు
ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేరు లేకపోయినట్లయితే అర్హతకు సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలతో వెంటనే దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేలా ప్రజలకు అధికారులు, బూత్ స్థాయి సిబ్బంది అవగాహన కల్పించాలని కోరారు. ఓటు హక్కు ప్రతి అర్హత కలిగిన పౌరుడికి రాజ్యాంగం కల్పించిన హక్కు అని, ఆ హక్కుకు ఎలాంటి ఆటంకం కలగకుండా అధికారులు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని అన్నారు.
BLOలు ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి
SIR ప్రక్రియలో అధికారులు, BLOలు, బూత్ లెవల్ అసిస్టెంట్లు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉండి వారి సందేహాలను నివృత్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు. అర్హులైన కొత్త ఓటర్ల నమోదు, ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న ఓటర్ల వివరాల్లో అవసరమైన సవరణలు, తొలగింపులకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలను నిబంధనల ప్రకారం పరిశీలించాలని కోరారు.

వార్డు సభలో SIR ప్రక్రియకు సంబంధించి ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చిన అంశాలు, సూచనలు, సందేహాలను అధికారులు పరిశీలించారు. అర్హులైన ప్రతి ఓటరుకు ఓటు హక్కు అందేలా సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని ఈ సందర్భంగా నాయకులు, అధికారులు వివరించారు.
Key Suggestions on SIR Process
Kapra: Medchal–Malkajgiri District Agriculture Market Committee Vice Chairman Vithal Nayak participated in the ward sabha conducted by Kapra Circle officials and made several key suggestions regarding the SIR process. He urged officials to ensure that the names of all eligible voters remain in the electoral rolls during the revision process.
No Injustice to Genuine Voters
Referring to the suggestions of Uppal Assembly Congress in-charge Mandumula Parameshwar Reddy, Vithal Nayak urged officials to ensure that genuine voters do not face any injustice during the SIR process. He said eligible voters should not be removed from the electoral rolls without a valid reason.
Apply With Supporting Documents
He urged officials and booth-level staff to create awareness among citizens so that those whose names are missing from the electoral roll can immediately apply with the required eligibility documents. He said the right to vote is a constitutional right of every eligible citizen and officials should ensure that the process does not create unnecessary obstacles.
BLOs Should Remain Accessible
Officials, Booth Level Officers and Booth Level Assistants were urged to remain accessible to citizens at the ground level and address their questions regarding the SIR process. New voter registrations, corrections in existing voter details and deletions should be examined according to the applicable rules.
Political Leaders Participate
Kapra Division Congress president Tanneeru Srihari, Medchal District Agriculture Market Committee director Poorna Yadav, former director Kobbanoori Nagaraju and several division Congress leaders participated in the meeting.
Public Suggestions Examined
Officials examined the issues, suggestions and questions raised by citizens regarding the SIR process during the ward sabha. Leaders and officials emphasized the need for coordinated efforts to ensure that every eligible voter gets access to their voting rights.
